By accessing and using thousimstudio.in ("the Website") or placing an order with Thousim Studio India ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Thousim Studio India. These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Thousim Studio India offers personalised handprint, footprint, and paw print keepsakes. All products are made-to-order and personalised with the details you provide at checkout.
Placing an Order: Orders are placed through our website at thousimstudio.in. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally authorised to make the purchase.
Payment: We accept payment via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store any payment card details on our servers.
Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed when you receive a WhatsApp confirmation message from us. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment fails, if there is a pricing error on the website, or if we are unable to fulfil the order for any reason.
Pricing: All prices are listed in INR. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but any price change will not affect orders already confirmed. Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their stated terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
COD Orders: Cash on Delivery is subject to availability at your pin code. A COD surcharge of ₹49 applies. COD is available for the keepsake delivery portion of your order only.
Every order includes one free inkless capture kit. The kit is dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation and typically arrives within 2 business days.
Production begins after we receive your uploaded print images. Production takes up to 5 business days. Finished keepsakes are shipped via tracked courier and typically arrive within 3–5 business days of dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, extreme weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Thousim Studio is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers once the item has been dispatched.

By uploading print images or video clips via our QR code system, you confirm that:
You retain ownership of your uploaded content. We use it solely for creating your keepsake. We may request your permission to use a photo of your finished keepsake (not the raw print) for our portfolio or social media — this is always optional and never assumed.
We reserve the right to refuse service for content that is offensive, unlawful, or violates our policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Thousim Studio India's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, government actions, courier failures, or internet outages.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We encourage you to contact us first via WhatsApp or email to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal legal action. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
