Every keepsake produced by Thousim Studio is individually inspected before dispatch. We take immense pride in our work and we want you to love your keepsake as much as we love making it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your finished keepsake, please reach out to us and we will make it right.

Our Promise: If your keepsake arrives with a printing defect, personalisation error, or damage caused during transit โ we will offer you a free reprint or a full refund, at your choice.
What We Can Resolve
We will offer a free reprint or refund for the following situations:
- Print quality defect โ the keepsake is blurry, faded, or poorly printed due to a production error on our side
- Personalisation error โ we made a mistake with the name, date, or message (different from what you entered at checkout)
- Transit damage โ the keepsake arrived physically damaged due to the courier
- Wrong item โ we sent you a different product than what you ordered
- Kit defect โ your free inkless capture kit arrived with faulty or unusable components

What We Cannot Refund
Due to the personalised and handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or reprints in the following situations:
- Poor print quality due to the capture itself โ if the print you uploaded was smudged, blurry or incomplete (this is captured by you at home; we work with what we receive)
- Change of mind โ once an order is placed and the kit has been dispatched, we cannot cancel or refund for change of mind
- Incorrect personalisation entered by you โ if you entered the wrong name, date, or message at checkout, this cannot be corrected post-production
- Colour tone preferences โ screen colours vary; minor variation between screen preview and physical print is not a defect
- Lost kits due to incorrect address โ if the address provided was incorrect and the kit was lost or returned, reshipping charges will apply
โ ๏ธ Please double-check all personalisation details (name spelling, date format, message) before placing your order. Once the order enters production, corrections cannot be made.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before the kit has been dispatched. Once your kit has been shipped (typically within 24 hours of order confirmation), the order cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation before dispatch, WhatsApp us immediately at +91 82484 03034. If cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed within 5โ7 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method โ UPI, card, net banking, or Razorpay. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer (you will need to provide your account details).
