From the moment you place your order to the day your keepsake arrives — here's every step explained in full.
Visit our shop and choose your print type — Unframed Print or A4 Framed Print. Pick the occasion: baby, family, couple, or pet. Add your personalisation details (name, date, message) and proceed to checkout. Your free inkless capture kit is automatically included with every order.
We accept UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Razorpay, Debit/Credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) — so you can pay exactly how you prefer.
Your capture kit is dispatched within 24 hours and delivered to your door within 2 days, anywhere in India. It's fully tracked — you'll get a WhatsApp update with your tracking link so you know exactly when it's arriving.
Inside your kit you'll find everything you need: the inkless capture sheets, our special safe solution, step-by-step illustrated instructions, and a QR code to upload your prints. One kit per order is free. Need extra kits for more captures? You can add them during checkout.
Follow the simple illustrated instructions in your kit. Apply the inkless solution to the hand, foot, or paw, then press gently onto the capture sheet. That's it! The print appears as the sheet dries — no mess, no ink, no studio visit required.
Then, scan the QR code inside your kit to upload a photo of your captures. We love it when you also share a short clip of the capture moment — a face, a reaction, a memory. These snippets help us craft your keepsake with even more love, and may be shared as testimonies (with your permission) to inspire other families.
Once we receive your uploaded prints, our team gets to work. We digitally enhance your prints to ensure they're crisp and beautiful, then personalise your keepsake with the name, date and message you chose during ordering. Every keepsake is individually crafted — no batch printing, no shortcuts.
Printed on premium 300gsm acid-free archival paper, with options for a classic black, white or oak A4 frame with a professional mount. Production takes up to 5 days — we take the time to get every detail right.
Your completed keepsake is carefully packaged to protect it during transit and dispatched via tracked courier. You'll receive a WhatsApp notification with your tracking link the moment it ships. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch, anywhere in India.
