You Capture & Upload Prints
Follow the simple kit instructions, press the prints, and upload via the QR code included in your kit. Optionally share a short video clip of the moment.
Day 3–8
We Receive & Create Your Keepsake
Our studio team digitally enhances your prints and crafts your personalised keepsake. Production takes up to 5 business days after we receive your prints.
Day 9–12
Keepsake Shipped & Delivered
Your finished keepsake is carefully packaged and dispatched. Delivery takes 3–5 business days. You receive a WhatsApp tracking link when it ships.

Delivery Coverage
We ship to every pin code across India — from metros like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai to Tier 2 cities and smaller towns. If India Post or a major courier partner delivers to your location, so do we.
We use reputed courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, and India Post for last-mile delivery. The courier used depends on your pin code and what provides the fastest, most reliable service for your location.
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 1–2 business days
- Tier 2 cities and major towns: 2–4 business days
- Remote and rural pin codes: 3–7 business days
Two-Stage Shipping Process
Our unique process involves two separate shipments, both included in your order:
Shipment 1 — Your Inkless Capture Kit: Dispatched within 24 hours of your order. This contains everything you need to capture your prints at home — the inkless wipe solution, capture sheets, illustrated instructions, and a QR code for uploading. This arrives within 2 business days.
Shipment 2 — Your Finished Keepsake: Dispatched after we receive your uploaded prints and complete production (up to 5 business days). The finished keepsake is carefully packaged to protect it during transit and arrives within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Important: Your keepsake production begins only after we receive your uploaded prints via the QR code. Please upload your captures as soon as possible after receiving your kit to avoid delays. If we do not receive uploads within 30 days of kit delivery, your order may be placed on hold.

Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to meet the timelines above, the following situations may cause delays:
- Public holidays and national festivals (production and courier services may be unavailable)
- Extreme weather events, natural disasters, or force majeure situations
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
- Remote pin codes served only by India Post
- Delay in uploading prints after receiving the kit
If your delivery is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, please WhatsApp us and we will investigate with the courier immediately.
