Our delivery process happens in two phases to ensure your artwork is perfect and personalized just for you.
Phase 1 — Kit delivery: Once your order is confirmed, we prepare your inkless print kit and dispatch it via tracked courier within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email.
Phase 2 — Artwork creation and delivery: After you've made your print, photograph it, and submit it to us for approval, our artisans get to work. We produce your finished artwork and ship it back to you via tracked courier within 2-3 business days of production completion.
Total timeline: From order to your doorstep, expect 7-10 business days. This includes the time for you to capture your print at home — which is usually the fastest part of the process for our customers.

Both your inkless kit and your finished artwork are sent via tracked courier. When each shipment leaves our studio, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
If your order doesn't arrive within the expected window, please contact us immediately at thousimstudioindia@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the courier and ensure you get what you've ordered.
